(1) Vendor needs to provide fall concert series sound and production services. • Provide comprehensive sound reinforcement, lighting production, and production management services for the stage at the upcoming Fall Concert Series on September 12, October 10 and November 14. • Audio & Sound Reinforcement: Provide complete outdoor live sound system engineering suitable for concert performance and national/regional touring act rider fulfillment.• Lighting & Rigging: Provide full stage lighting package, rig setup, dynamic lighting operation, and integration with the mobile stage structure.• Production Management & Staffing: Provide on–site technical management, system engineers, sound operators, monitor technicians, and setup/teardown labor.• Power & Infrastructure: Handle all complete power management, power distribution, equipment delivery, setup, and site tear–down.
