NET-16592 - USA (Bryan, Texas) - Campus-Wide IP Speaker and Cabling Service - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide campus–wide IP speaker and cabling service to the government authority located in Bryan, TX. – Provide installation of cabling and equipment for an IP based speaker system across 21 different campuses.– Cabling Infrastructure: All runs must utilize white cat 6 cable.– 6ft Patch Cables: Provide a separate line item for 6ft plenum–rated jumper cables to be used between the mounting box and the speaker.– Includes scanning the device barcode and documenting the corresponding room number into a provided Google Sheet at the point of installation. Any additional mounting hardware needed for the horns and outside speakers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
