(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber optic infrastructure construction service to the government authority located in Lincoln, OR. – Furnish, install, and test outside plant fiber optic infrastructure for its broadband infrastructure deployment along agency.• Materials procurement, installation and testing:– Furnishing, installing and testing all required outside plant infrastructure in a timely manner, ensuring that products meet agency’s quality standards, comply with applicable tribal, local and federal requirements and are available to support construction milestones.• Materials supply, delivery, warrant:– All materials shall be new, unused, and compliant with applicable industry standards.– Provide manufacturer specifications, packing lists, certifications, and warranties with each delivery.– All materials shall be free from defect and meet required specifications.– Maintain clear labeling and reel documentation for fiber cable.– Supply digital records of material shipments, lot numbers, and serial numbers as applicable. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 17, 2026.
