(1) Vendor needs to provide newsletter services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.– Provide a complete electronic file with pictures for each issue in Press Quality PDF.– QUANTITY: estimated 7,200 copies per issue. – This 7,200 copies amount is an estimate of the Town’s needs per issue.–  PAPER: 100 pound–text–weight, white exact gloss coated.– Four–page, self–cover, open size 8.5” x 11” fold to 5.5” x 8.5”.– COLOR: full–color, front and back (4/4). Bleeds required.– FINISHING: Trim, fold, wafer seal, and address.– Proofs matching print required—one set required to be delivered to the Town for review within three business days of receipt of the electronic file.– The Town will provide an updated, current, mail list at the time of publication of each issue.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 01, 2026.
