TRANSPORT-11560 - USA (Hartford, Connecticut) - Consensual Towing Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide consensual towing services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.– Unless otherwise specified, at least one employee from each selected operator is to be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including all holidays to provide services for towing.– A tow commences when the vehicle is connected to the wrecker and the wheels of the vehicle being towed have been lifted from their parked position; or, if the operator has provided any service as provided for under the contract for which said operator is entitled to payment. – Vehicles may be released to an owner who appears at the scene of a tow under these guidelines.– Twenty minutes shall be the maximum time allowed for the operator to respond to a request for towing services.– Operator in a manner taking care not to inflict any damage to the vehicle towed.– All reasonable means will be used as required by the city to protect all vehicles and their contents from damage and vandalism, loss or theft.– The owners shall be indemnified for any and all such damage; loss or theft while said vehicles and their contents are in the operator's custody and control.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
