(1) Vendor needs to provide psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner service to the government authority located in Window Rock, AZ. • Interviews and examine patients within the full age spectrum, reviews past mental health history, and requests and/or performs complex diagnostic tests and examinations deemed necessary to obtain all possible information related to each case.• Conducts psychiatric outpatient clinics making observations appropriate to the patient’s underlying disease and treatment plan, including current symptoms, provided with a sensitive understanding of culturally relevant issues.• Refers patients to appropriate contracted medical or other government facilities, providing full clinical information for care and diagnostic procedures• Produces timely clinical and non–clinical correspondence to ensure prompt coordination of care and feedback to patients, families, other professionals and organizations in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable standards
