Bowling Green State University is accepting proposals from qualified firms to lease one or more areas of University-owned land to design, construct, and operate one or more digital billboards, with the intention of maximizing revenue from commercial advertising. PLEASE NOTE: All questions and proposals must be submitted in writing to via the Bid Express platform. Questions may not be directed to any other individual at BGSU outside of the Purchasing Contact listed below. A Provider’s failure to adhere to this prohibition may jeopardize or disqualify their proposal at Bowling Green State University’s sole discretion.
