Vendor needs to provide print and mail API services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.– Implement an automated system for programmatic mail fulfilment that enables departments to trigger standardized physical mailings via RESTful API calls, ensuring a seamless handoff between digital systems and physical delivery.– To mitigate risk and ensure high–integrity deployments, the system must provide both a sandbox/test and a production environment. This allows developers to validate payloads and rendering logic without incurring postage costs or triggering unintended physical fulfillment– The API must support a dynamic template engine capable of metadata mapping and dynamic variable personalization. Developers must be able to utilize merge tags within templates to inject resident–specific data. The system must also support direct PDF uploads for pre–rendered pages containing administrative documents.– The system must implement an Automated Pre–send Proofing workflow. The API must return a rendering URL for every generated mail piece, serving as a mandatory quality–assurance gate for manual or automated visual verification before the “Production“ flag is set to true for fulfillment.– Robust identity management is required to ensure compliance with data residency standards and to provide granular departmental budget tracking.
