(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager agency services to the government authority located in Buffalo, NY.– The Agency is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager (CM) Agency services.– The work includes replacement of all interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems– The work includes replacement of all interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, restoration of building envelope, including replacement of roof and windows– The Project will include demolition and reconstruction of the South wing and construction of a green energy hub that will serve adjacent buildings.– The Project will include all geothermal piping, site improvements including grading and drainage modifications, retention of the existing storm drainage system with new connections as required, installation of new electrical infrastructure for parking lot lighting, and replacement of electric vehicle charging stations along with parking lot reconstruction.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
