(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate appraisal services including appraising, reviewing appraisals, and providing other appraisal–related services in connection with real property for water, land, improvements and other related assets to determine market value to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.• The services include, but are not limited to, professional services for residential, commercial, industrial, improved and unimproved real property appraisal and appraisal review services; benchmark appraisal of hypothetical properties; institutional rate of return; meetings; and other appraisal–related services.• Real property appraisal reports to estimate current fair market value of improved and unimproved parcels, including railroad right–of–way.• Real property appraisal review services to assure completeness, accuracy, and adequacy of documentation of appraisal reports and other appraisal–related assignments.• Benchmark appraisals of various industrial properties.• Institutional rate–of–return surveys to assist the department in its efforts to establish and update the rate–of–return applied to department properties.• Market rent studies of marina slips, commercial waterfront space, and cruise–related uses.• Feasibility valuation support for redevelopment or repositioning of waterfront assets.• Meetings and other appraisal–related consulting services as needed or required.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 03, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
