(1) Vendor needs to provide clinical laboratory services to the government authority located in Greenwich, CT. – Provide clinical laboratory testing services, as is appropriate for agency patient/resident population, to include phlebotomy, routine courier pick–up, and agency courier pick–up services.– Routine Services– Routine test results shall be reported within 24 hours and any critical lab values called in– Critical lab values called in to agency nurse supervisor within 60 minutes(2) The contract period will be one year.
