The Government determined that Helmer is the only source reasonably available to satisfy the agency`s requirements for this acquisition.AuthorityThis acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106–1(b)(1)(i), which permits contracting officers to solicit from a single source for acquisitions not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold when only one source is reasonably available.
