Promotion Testing - Fire Rescue - Re-Solicitation

Escambia County Fire Rescue is inviting qualified vendors to submit bids for the provision of promotional testing services for the ranks of Fire Lieutenant and Fire Captain. The scope of services includes the development, administration, and scoring of exams and scenarios designed to evaluate candidates for promotion. The promotional testing process aims to ensure a fair, objective, and reliable evaluation of candidates' knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to the roles of Fire Lieutenant and Fire Captain. Bidders are encouraged to demonstrate their experience in similar testing processes, adherence to best practices, and commitment to validity and reliability in assessment methods. All bids are to be submitted on the pricing table and in the bid form.
