Automotive Collision Repair & Paint Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide 'Types of Services . The City’s intent is to establish an annual contract with multiple qualified Contractors identified as primary and secondary for these services based on three groupings below. The evaluation criteria will be used for each grouping to cover the scope of this solicitation. Group 1 : Cars, Light Trucks and Vans Group 2 : Heavy Trucks, Fire Apparatus, Group 3 : Trailers, Construction/Miscellaneous Equipment Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals for all or any combination of vehicle class categories included in the City’s fleet. Currently, the City’s fleet includes the following:
