(1) Vendor needs to provide flooring replacement services to the government authority located in Milton, FL.– Provide reposition furniture or shelving, remove existing flooring and cove base from perimeter walls within the work areas.– Clean the surfaces and prepare for installation of new carpet tile, 4” cove base and necessary transitions.– The work area contains approximately 1,800 square feet, the existing flooring in the suite shall remain.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.
