(1) Vendor needs to provide broadband internet service to the government authority located in Shaw AFB, SC• Provide, install, and manage fixed broadband internet access for nine facilities• Provide fixed broadband internet access meeting or exceeding the minimum benchmark of 100 Megabits per second (Mbps) download and 20 Megabits per second (Mbps) upload speeds for all designated rooms.• Provide, install, and maintain a completely new, independent network infrastructure (e.g., dedicated fiber–optic backhaul to each building’s Main Distribution Frame [MDF] and a managed Wi–Fi distribution system throughout the facilities)(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business Set–Aside (FAR 19.5).
