EXTRA-75264 - USA (Houston, Texas) - Lift Stations Inspection, Maintenance, Repair Related Items Supply and Service - Deadline September 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide lift stations inspection, maintenance, repair related items supply and service to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – Provide inspection, maintenance, repair, and related items for lift stations for the agency.– Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, services, and incidental materials necessary to perform scheduled inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs of lift stations at various system–wide locations. – The work shall include all activities required to ensure that each lift station is maintained in safe, clean, and fully operational condition at all times. – Inspect pumps.– Clean grit and grease from the wet well using a vac–con truck.– Visually inspect the station for vandalism.– Inspect impellers. – Record pump hours for each pump.– Run each pump by hand / manual control and watch level control go up and down to ensure pumps are operating properly.– Assist maintenance staff as needed for repair work requirements.– Respond to all lift station alarms.– Maintain all required lift station field logs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
