Description
The City of Tucson, (COT) is conducting a competitive one-step process to retain approximately three (3) Contractors for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide sports field, parking, landscape or general park area lighting installations and repairs. Individual job orders should not exceed One Million dollars ($1,000,000). Various funding sources will be used. The term of this contract will be one (1) year with four (4) one-year renewal options. Services will be requested on an as needed, if needed basis and the resultant contract is neither exclusive nor a commitment by COT that the Contractor’s services will be required. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding may be utilized on specific projects under the Contract. Therefore, all HUD, federal, state and local requirements must be followed. The HUD Terms and Conditions are provided as an attachment to this solicitation and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. Davis Bacon and Related Acts will apply to federally funded projects.
