Vendor needs to provide occupational medicine services to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.• Services include: pre–employment testing and exams, drug and alcohol testing, and other employment related testing as required by state and federal laws.• The selected respondent shall provide pre–employment physicals and drug and breath alcohol testing (bat) tests for all new hires or rehires of county, as directed by the human resources department, county.• The selected respondent shall provide random, post–accident and follow up urine–based drug tests and BAT services that are compliant with part 382 of the United States department drug and alcohol testing regulations.• These exams may involve: audiograms, blood lead levels, HAZMAT, respirator usage, PPD (tuberculin skin tests), functional capacity evaluations, psychological and psychiatric evaluations, and other exams that may be required pursuant to the provisions of state and federal law.• Consultant shall contact the employee’s health care provider as required to confirm the employee’s medical condition, their program of treatment and need for leave and accommodation.
