(1) Vendor needs to provide IT applications analyst services.1. Provide ERP support:– Serve as the primary contact for enterprise resource planning application support, assisting users with system issues, access requests, and functional guidance.2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues:– Diagnose application problems and coordinate directly with vendors and technical support teams to resolve them.3. Develop dashboards:– Partner with department stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards that translate business requirements into clear visualizations.4. Manage system reporting:– Build, maintain, and optimize SSRS reports, and manage report scheduling, deployment, and updates across the organization.5. Utilize modern data tools:– Gather reporting requirements from users and leverage PowerBI, SSRS, and artificial intelligence tools to support data–driven decision–making.6. Support Implementations:– Assist with the launch and upgrade of applications through data validation, user acceptance testing, and post–go–live troubleshooting.(2) This is not RFP; this is job posting.
