(1) Vendor needs to provide homeland security grant program service to the government authority located in Braintree, MA.• Enhancing the protection of soft targets/crowded places (no minimum spend).• These activities include: development of whole community partnerships through groups such as Citizen Corp Councils; Structures and mechanisms for information sharing between the public and private sector; Implementing models, programs, and workforce enhancement initiatives to address ideologically–inspired radicalization to violence– This program aims to fulfil, sustain and expand capabilities to prevent, prepare for, protect against and respond to a terrorist or other extremist attack in the Commonwealth. – This program is made available through federal funding. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
