EXTRA-74917 - USA (Providence, Rhode Island) - Development Partner Services - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide development partner services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.– provide development partner will be responsible for imagining, master planning, phasing, and implementing strategies for the project.– Development Partner will be expected to: assemble and manage a team of qualified individuals and companies, including the architecture or engineering team, general contractor, legal team, and consultants required for the project; secure the necessary financing to fund the redevelopment activities; obtain agency approval of the redevelopment plan; obtain local approvals; and provide training, support, and oversight to agency personnel on matters related to tax credit compliance and investor reporting.– Provide the necessary staffing, expertise, supervision, and guarantees to implement all aspects of the redevelopment fully and expeditiously.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
