INVITATION TO BID: LOADING, HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF LIME THICKENED SLUDGE

The City of North Miami Beach, FL (the "City"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/citynmb PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. Project work includes the loading, hauling, and disposing of lime-thickened sludge generated at the City of North Miami Beach Norwood Water Treatment Plant, located at 19150 NW 8th Avenue, Miami Gardens, FL 33169. Services shall be performed on a daily basis, Monday through Saturday. The sludge typically has a solids concentration ranging from approximately 30% to 50%. The estimated volume to be hauled is an estimated 51,000 pounds (about 25.5 net tons) per load. This currently equates to an average of approximately 85 to 90 loads per month (about four (4) loads per day), Monday through Saturday. This is not a guaranteed quantity and is subject to change based on treatment facility operating conditions.
