(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director service to the government authority located in Anna, IL. – Facility director, physician serves as the medical director, supervises medical staff, maintains the overall quality of clinical care provided to the individuals at the facility, including planning, staff administration and implementation of medical treatment regimens, individual care programs and services of the facility.– Managing staffing levels, providing training and development opportunities, and evaluating staff Measurements may include turn–over rates in the various clinical positions. – Financial performance in oversight of overtime with clinical staff. – Medical director shall provide services in compliance with the standards as outlined. – Requires ability to supervise and coordinate staff and activities of other professional disciplines.– Staff performance and ongoing monitoring of clinical staff.– The medical care and treatment records of the individuals contain confidential information. (2) The contract period will be for two years.
