(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resources planning system replacement services.– Replace and modernize core business applications supporting finance, budget, procurement, capital assets, vendor billing, treasury, human resources, time entry, reporting, interfaces, data conversion, implementation services, and related organizational change management activities.– Implementing integrated ERP software for public sector organizations and shall describe how the proposed solution supports leading practices, process standardization, reporting, internal controls, and long–term system sustainability.– System tracks fund, org unit, program, account, and project as independent segments.– System maps data coming from external applications to general ledger accounts in the ERP solution.– System provides templates and notifications for recurring journal entries with varying dollar amounts.– System tracks expense to project through accounts payable.– System tracks job classification assigned to each position and history of job classification assigned to each position as well as incumbent history for the position.– Retro pay calculation used to back date and correct for corrections to errors.– Provide software, implementation services, project management, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, knowledge transfer, and post–production support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10,2026.
