Vendor needs to provide construction project management services to the government authority located in Rocky Mount, VA.• Provide preconstruction and construction phase construction–related project management agency consultation and may also include building commissioning services.• Manage the Owner's project and construction budget, compare and contrast design phaseestimates with budget costs.• Schematic design, identify design opportunities to reduce risk or cost appropriate for level of design.• Monitor/maintain overall project Master Schedule. Include major design and preconstruction activity start/finish dates, review times, and key milestones• Provide and maintain on–site management for the project as an agent of the Owner, establish and implement coordination and communication procedures among the CM, Owner, A/E, Contractor, and other consultants or agencies.
