(1) Vendor needs to provide digital and traditional marketing services. • Integrating digital tactics with institutional website, landing pages, and CRM system (Salesforce/Target X), as well as utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the College’s existing social media platforms.• Campaigns are executed across a mix of traditional and digital channels, including to, paid search, paid social, programmatic display and video, streaming audio and video (OTT/CTV), digital ad networks, mobile, geofencing, and remarketing/retargeting.• increasingly focused on video–first storytelling and audience engagement across connected TV (CTV), OTT, YouTube, streaming platforms, and short–form social video environments.• Brand awareness: strengthening awareness of brand while increasing its relevance and connection across community college.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 21, 2026(3) The contract period will be for three years.
