WATER-0926 - USA (Clayville, Rhode Island) - Drinking Water Facilities Operations, Maintenance and Management Services - Deadline June 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drinking water facilities operations, maintenance and management services to the government authority located in Clayville, RI.• Provide high quality waterworks operations services.• Maintain close communications with superintendent and their designees so that needed information on water system operations can be disseminated as necessary. The standard for minimum acceptable communication will be all correspondence/calls responses within 24 hours from initiation.• Take measurements of the required variables of the water treatment/delivery systems and submit reports as required to the applicable regulatory authority.• Collect and arrange for analysis of all water quality samples required by State regulatory agencies for compliance with applicable regulations. This shall include sampling the water system serving the Rockland Heights complex.• Respond to customer complaints/notifications regarding water system infrastructure problems and address them in a timely manner.• Maintain water system assets in a manner which will extend their useful life to the extent possible.• Carry out flushing of the water system as needed including all related tasks such as customer notification, operation of select valves and hydrants, monitor discharge flows and return distribution back to normal service.• Carry out necessary water system repairs to the water system as necessary to keep the entire system operational.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
