Vendor needs to provide special conflict counsel legal services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ.– Special conflict counsel shall provide representation to the joint meeting, as needed, in cases where a conflict is present or specific experience or expertise is desired on various matters that may arise during the contract year.– Attend regular, special and emergency meetings of the joint meeting, as required.– Attend meetings that the joint meeting or its executive director deem necessary.– Prepare legal opinions or legal memoranda as requested by the Joint Meeting or its Executive Director including monthly counsel reports.
