(1) Vendor needs to provide prosecuting attorney services include issuing additional charges, recommending amendments to charges, attending monthly court sessions and being accessible to court personnel as needed as well as prosecution of cases for jury trial to the government authority located in Ocean Shores, WA.– The docket will consist of approximately 150–180 cases.– Be legal adviser of the legislative authority, giving it his or her written opinion when required by the legislative authority or the chairperson thereof touching any subject which the legislative authority may be called or required to act upon relating to themanagement of city affairs.– Appear for and represent the city subject to the supervisory control and direction of the attorney general in all criminal and civil proceedings in which the city may be a party.
