H-GAC is seeking qualified contractor to develop a Regional Complete Streets Planning Guide (RCSPG). This planning guide will serve as a foundational document to assist local governments, agencies, and stakeholders in designing and implementing streets that safely accommodate all users regardless of age, ability, income, or mode of travel. The RCSPG will offer strategies and best practices to create or redesign roadways that support walking, biking, transit, and driving, while enhancing safety, accessibility, and overall quality of life throughout the region.
