(1) Vendor needs to provide planning and grant administration services to the government authority located in Wharton, TX.– Develop a modern Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Update addressing growth, infrastructure, economic opportunities, community character, and hazard resilience, while providing grant administration services.– Facilitate outreach efforts, application intake, and eligibility review.– Establish and maintain record keeping systems.– Assist subrecipient with resolving monitoring and audit findings.– Assist subrecipient with resolving third party claims.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
