The City of Independence is seeking proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations to administer and implement the City’s CDBG Minor Home Repair Program (“Program”) The Program is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Program and provides eligible minor home repair assistance to owner-occupied, single-family households with incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), adjusted for household size.
