(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial analysis and consulting service to the government authority located in Springfield, IL. – Provide actuarial services, including assistance in the review, advisement, policy support, and development of actuarially sound rates.– Provide actuarial analysis and consulting services to advance the Medicaid section 1115 healthcare transformation waiver implementation.– Provide reporting and analytical solutions that answer actuarial questions presented– Provide actuarial analysis and consulting services to inform a tailored care management program (TCMP).– Vendor shall review insurance filings and encounter data for purposes of confirming Medical Loss Ratios (MLRs) of managed care entities.– Provide risk adjustment methodologies and assist with risk adjustment implementation.– Medicaid data analytics and financial analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 09, 2026.
