– Vendor needs to provide short–term vehicle rental and on–demand transportation services to the government authority located in Salem, OR. – Short–Term Passenger Vehicle Rental:• Including daily, weekly, and monthly rental of sedans, crossovers, sport utility vehicles, minivans, and seven through fifteen–passenger vans; hybrid and electric options; unlimited and capped mileage programs; airport and off–airport pickup; delivery to agency facilities; and one–way and after–hours rentals.– Truck, Cargo, And Specialty Vehicle Rental:• Including pickup trucks, cargo and passenger vans, box and straight trucks, flatbed trucks, refrigerated units, lift gate configurations, four–wheel drive vehicles for field operations, and trailers and towing equipment. note: heavy construction and municipal public works equipment rental is addressed under separate contracts.– Mid–Term, Seasonal, and Fleet Supplement Rental:• Including thirty–day and multi–month rentals, seasonal and peak–demand fleet augmentation, loaner vehicles during maintenance and upfitting, replacement vehicles following collision or loss, project and disaster–recovery rentals, and electric vehicle pilot programs. note: long–term and full–service fleet leasing is addressed under separate contracts.– On–Demand Ride and Transportation Network Services:• Including application–based and dispatched on–demand rides for employees, clients, and residents; centrally administered accounts with cost centers, ride policies, and spend controls; scheduled and recurring rides; ride vouchers and sponsored ride programs for riders without smartphones or payment cards; and wheelchair accessible options.– Car Share, Motor Pool, and Shared Mobility Programs:• Including hourly and trip–based car share, motor pool management and reservation platforms, keyless entry and telematics–enabled vehicle access, utilization analytics and fleet right–sizing analysis, micromobility programs, and employee vanpool and commute programs.
