Description
La consultation a pour objet : Prestation de formation d'autorisation à la conduite d'engins pour les besoins des personnels des trois entités que sont la Ville de Nice, la Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur et le CCAS de Nice. Les prestations de formation ouvrent à la délivrance d'une autorisation de conduite aux personnes utilisant des équipements de travail mobiles automoteurs et des équipements de travail servant au levage, imposée par le Code du travail (Art R.4323-55 et Art R.4323-56).
