(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in Detroit Lakes, MN.– Receipt of deposits, including ACH deposits of credit card transactions.– Collateral for all deposits of a type and in the amounts as required by state laws.– Wire transfers and confirmations.– Computerized file transfer capability between District and financial institution. (i.e., cleared check file).– Electronic funds transfer of all federal and state withholding taxes– Daily sweep accounts for investment of available cash balances at market rates.– Fraud prevention for disbursements to protect account from unauthorized checks by validating all checks presented for payment against approved check runs through positive pay.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026.
