Description
The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida (hereinafter referred to as "the City") is soliciting ITB 'Project ID , 'Project Title , to select a qualified General Contractor or a Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor for the North Atlantic Avenue Drainage Improvement. This project is a combined effort between the City of New Smyrna Beach and the New Smyrna Beach Commission (a separate entity). The City of New Smyrna Beach and the New Smyrna Beach Commission entered into an agreement for the purpose of jointly bidding, awarding and constructing this project. There is one advertisement of a formal solicitation that includes a bid document from each entity outlining the specifications for each entity on their separate component of the project. Bid documents, one from each entity, are provided in the Attachment Section of this solicitation. The end results shall conclude in selecting and awarding one Contractor mutually agreed upon by the City of New Smyrna Beach and the Utilities Commission. There shall be two separate contracts, one from each entity.
