(1) Vendor needs to provide vending machines services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.• To install, operate, and maintain food and beverage vending machines.• Have maximum dimensions of 72 – 76 inches x 28 – 41 inches x 30– 34 inches.• Have transparent glass– or hard plastic– fronts that allow users to view the stocked/vended products (stack–style machines are specifically excluded from this contract)• A brand–agnostic design that is compatible with a range of products (i.e., machines should not be designed to exclusively hold proprietary or unusually designed food containers, cans, or bottles)• Be free of any food or beverage company branding and logos (excluding the manufacturer of the machine itself), and any colors or designs that are strongly associated with a food or beverage brand.• Be compatible with 120V outlets• Accept payment with cash, coins, and digital payment options, including credit/debit cards and mobile wallets• Capable of performing in a range of climate conditions, including cold, heat, and high humidity(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
