(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental and historic preservation documentation services to the government authority located in Towaoc, CO. – Categorical Exclusion (CATEX) and the supporting environmental and historic preservation (EHP) documentation, consultation, and mapping required by the national telecommunications and information administration (NTIA) for additional fiber routes and facilities.– Program to construct middle–mile and fiber–to–the–premises broadband infrastructure.– Review the approved CATEX and all supporting environmental documentation for the original project scope, including project descriptions, maps, resource reviews, agency correspondence, mitigation commitments, and approval conditions.– Prepare maps and figures with sufficient detail to discern project boundaries and affected areas, including a vicinity map with latitude and longitude in decimal degrees, aerial and topographic maps, and figures that clearly distinguish the original CATEX.– Records review, survey assessment, and consultation.– Maps and figures, with underlying GIS files, showing the original approved alignments and each element of the added scope.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
