Proprietary Purchase and Delivery of Allen-Bradley Automation and Control Equipment

The Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) is issuing a proprietary public bid for the purchase of Allen-Bradley automation and control equipment, including all items available under the official Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation catalogs. This procurement is to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder based on a fixed discount off list pricing. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:34-9.1, the specification is proprietary in nature — limiting acceptable items exclusively to Allen-Bradley-branded products. No substitutions or equivalents will be considered. This restriction is necessary due to compatibility with ACUA’s existing SCADA and control systems, software integration, equipment standardization, and inventory consistency.
