(1) Vendor needs to provide web–hosted emergency exit mapping and asset tracking software platform.• Modernization initiative is to transform our basic layouts into smart, interactive floor plans that serve as the authoritative, visual repository for all facility information• Allow us to link our asset inventories, maintenance histories, and space utilization data to the spatial platform, enabling our team to instantly locate assets, work faster, make smarter data–driven decisions, and manage our facilities more cost–effectively.• Implement a comprehensive spatial data system to integrate our various facility information into one authoritative platform that enhances visualization capabilities and supports a variety of initiatives across the organization.• Establish accurate digital floor plans as the foundation for a centralized spatial management system• Centralize the facility spatial data into an interactive, web–hosted Floor Plan Viewer application• Streamline access to accurate floor plan information for emergency response• Establish a reliable spatial system for tracking and managing facility assets(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
