(1) Vendor needs to provide resurfacing roads service to the government authority located in Sarasota, FL.• Exterior Door Replacement– Remove and properly dispose of three (3) existing exterior wood doors and door frames.– Furnish and install three (3) new commercial–grade pre–hung metal clad exterior doors.o Also quote 6 panel pre–hung exterior wooden door as alternateo Submit pictures of proposed doors when submitting RFQ– Doors shall include:o Half–lite insulated glass on front dooro Weather stripping.o Thresholds.o Door sweeps.o All necessary hardware to match existing function unless otherwise directed bythe City.– Locks should be Schlage SC1 Key Format– Prime and paint all new doors and frames.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
