(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and public information services to the government authority located in Centennial, CO.• Mobilization. traffic control, clearing and grubbing, removal of structures and obstructions, removal of asphalt, removal of asphalt mat, (planning), removal of curb and gutter, sidewalk, concrete curb ramp and concrete pavement, unclassified excavation, erosion and water control, seeding, fertilizer, soil conditioning and sodding, mulching, soil retention, aggregate base coarse. • Concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, median cover and pattern concrete, storm water improvements, sand filter water quality, and inlet structures. • HMA and SMA pavement, traffic signalization, signage and pavement markings, soil nail retaining walls, and soldier pile retaining walls.• Nuclear asphalt content gauge and/or extraction equipment and solvents.• Nuclear moisture–density gauge.• Concrete air meter, slump cone, and other concrete testing equipment.• Sieves for aggregates and soil gradations.• Electronic scales. • Sample containers and small tools.• Proctor equipment for soil curves and one–point tests.• Atterberg Limits, Rice value, and Sand Equivalent equipment.• Sample drying equipment.• Concrete cylinder molds, which meet requirements except paper molds, shall not be used, and plastic molds shall not be reused.(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
