CONS-22734 - USA (Salt Lake, Utah) - Construction Management and General Contractor Service - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and general contractor service to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT.– CM/GC (Construction Management and General Contractor) will provide preconstruction services to support the District’s chosen Design Professional in developing the Project.– The Design Professional will advance the design to the level of completion necessary to define the Project and will provide construction–ready documents prior to the initiation of Construction services– Develop the Project Management Plan and attachments including a Project Risk ManagementPlan, Packaging/Phasing Plan and Subcontracting Plan– Perform constructability reviews, biddability reviews and value engineering, on designdevelopment submittals in conjunction with the District and Design Professional– Prepare and maintain a Project cost model and submit detailed, open–book cost estimates as thedesign is advanced– Prepare and maintain a Project schedule and submit updates as the design is advanced.– Identify Project permitting requirements and determine when certain permitting activitiesshould be initiated– Obtain necessary governmental approvals and permits assigned to the CM/GC under theapplicable agreements– Perform risk management and mitigation activities– Maintain site security and safety.– Conduct acceptance testing.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
