(1) Vendor needs to provide legal service to the government authority located in Sanford, NC.– Provide general counsel services, including advising the Executive Director, staff, and Board of Commissioners on corporate governance matters; reviewing and drafting Board resolutions, bylaws, and policies; attending Board and committee meetings as requested; and providing day–to–day legal advice on the operation of the Authority and its affiliated component units– Provide legal services in connection with real estate acquisition, disposition, and development transactions, including Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversions, Low–Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions, ground leases, easements, and title matters; shall draft and review purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and closing documents; and shall coordinate with the Authority's development partners, lenders, and HUD field office counsel as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
