(1) Vendor needs to provide library facilities evaluation and space planning service to the government authority located in Durham, NC. • Provide assessments of our current facilities and a comprehensive space planning evaluation for county’s library facilities overall. • Project scope and services shall include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:• Programming and Space Needs Assessment• Site and Building Evaluations of Existing Facilities• Proposed modifications to existing facilities, including potential for footprint expansion• Population growth projections and future need, location, and timing for additional facilities• Develop a master plan for buildout of the proposed facility modifications over a 10–year period• Conceptual Designs and ROM Cost Estimates• Presentations to county management and board of county commissioners(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 20, 2026.
