The Town seeks a qualified construction firm for Grove Street and Hine Hill Road Signal Installation Project, LOTCIP No. L095-0006. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held September 29, 2026 at 8:30 am, in the E. Paul Martin Room, 10 Main St, New Milford, CT. Specifications and bid forms must be obtained online through OpenGov Procurement via newmilford.org/purchasing. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes and spending allocation goals. There is $529,200.00 in state-funding for this project. State law requires project-specific goals be set for this project based on the project’s needs and available Small Business Enterprises (“SBEs”) and Minority Business Enterprises (“MBEs”). The SBE goal for this project is $56,700.00. The MBE goal for this project is $27,759.00. The selected contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the spending allocation goals.
