CONS-23847 - USA (Nebraska) - Bike Network Professional Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bike network professional services to the government authority located in NE. – Provide all professional engineering services necessary to prepare traffic and site analysis and design, environmental documentation (as applicable), public involvement, final design, plans, specifications, estimates (PS&E), and supporting technical documentation required for the Downtown Lincoln Bike Network Project. – Services will include project management, coordination with agency, engineering analysis, public engagement, development of construction documents, and preparation of engineer's cost estimates.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
