(1) Vendor needs to provide health and human services consulting and support services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Services may include, but are not limited to, performance and compliance reviews; operational, financial, and organizational assessments; program evaluation, redesign, and implementation support; workforce development and training; process improvement and quality assurance initiatives; actuarial services; and other analytical or advisory services necessary to support informed decision–making and continuous improvement of state–administered programs.1. Program Design & Development,• Design and structure health and human services programs to meet statewide objectives.• Develop operational frameworks and implementation strategies for new or revised programs.2. Policy Interpretation & Regulatory Compliance,• Interpret federal and state regulations applicable to health and human services programs,3. Strategic Planning & Advisory Services,• Support agencies in developing strategic plans for program expansion or improvement,• Conduct environmental scans and impact assessments to inform decision–making.• Provide recommendations for aligning programs with statewide priorities and funding opportunities.4. Program Evaluation & Performance Improvement,• Evaluate new or existing programs for effectiveness and compliance.5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication,• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and collaborative planning sessions.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
